A Vtuber design created for you based on any references and descriptions you provide.I will take into account all your specifications, and work closely with you to create a design that you love. You will be given 3 sketch designs to choose from, and 3 colour schemes will be made based on your chosen sketch.This commission type is ideal for those who want to explore options, or want a lot of control over how the final product will turn out.

GENERAL

✦ As the artist, I have the right to cancel/refund any commission for any reason.✦ Slots are not on a first come first serve basis.✦I reserve the right to use any commissioned art as I see fit.
✧✧✧ I will not post your commission to my social medias if requested.✦ Please credit me for my work in all reasonable forms where you use it (etc on your social media bios, in your website, twitch channel, etc)✦ If I do not receive any response back from the customer after 3 months, I have the right to consider the commission terminated.
✧✧✧ In this case, I will use the work I've done for the commission however I see fit.✧✧✧ This will also be handled on a case by case basis, especially if the customer has a valid reason (eg. illness and injury, etc)

Commission Process

For Concept Art Commissions:✦ Please prepare at least 10 reference images for your character. Try to have as many varied references of as many body parts/clothes/accessories as possible. Deciding on things like the vibe, aesthetic, body/face type, and personality is also helpful!✦ I will do a max of 3-5 revisions for both concept and colour stages, depending on complexity.
✧✧✧ Major changes/redos may be subject to an additional fee.✦ Once the concept is approved and I begin on colours, I will not accept requests for major changes to the sketch.For VTuber Model Commissions:✦ Please prepare clear references of your character (unless you have commissioned me for concept art)✦ I will send you the sketch of your model for approval before I start colouring.
✧✧✧ After I begin colouring, no more major changes can be made to the sketch/proportions. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch before approving it.✦ A maximum of 3-5 changes can be made in both sketch and colour stages (depends on complexity)
✧✧✧ Major changes/redos may be subject to an additional fee.r Emotes/Sub Badges Commissions:✦ Please prepare clear references of your character. (for emotes)✦ I will send you the sketch of your emotes/badges for approval before I start rendering.✧✧✧ After I begin colouring, no more major changes can be made to the sketch. Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch before approving it.✦ A maximum of 3-5 changes can be made in both sketch and colour stages (depends on complexity)
✧✧✧ Major changes/redos may be subject to an additional fee.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

✦ All prices are in USD.✦ Full payment must be made upfront before I start work.
✧✧✧ If you commissioned both concept art & model, you may choose to pay for your model after the concept art has been completed.✦ Payments will be made through paypal invoices.✦Refunds will not be accepted after I have started your commission.
✧✧✧ If I have not progressed very far on your commission, a partial refund can be considered. This will be on a case by case basis.✦Refunds will not be accepted after I have finished the commission and you have accepted it.

POST TRANSACTION EDITS

For Vtuber Model Commissions:✦ If your rigger requires further changes after I have given you your final model, you may request me to make those changes for you. These changes include:
✧✧✧ Cleaning up noticeable, messy pieces of the model
✧✧✧ Extending the assets to fill in gaps
✧✧✧ Separating a layer into more parts
✧✧✧ Any other change that is essential for your rigger to do their work✦ If you have a large quantity of changes, drastic changes, or very time-consuming changes you need done, it may incur an extra fee. I also have the right to reject any requests for changes. This will be up to my discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS

As the customer, you may:✦ Use the commission for personal and some commercial use.
✧✧✧As these are vtuber commissions, I understand that it's highly likely you will need it for commercial use. I'm pretty flexible with how you plan to monetise it, but I do not allow mass reproduction and sales of my work. (eg. merch like stickers, prints, etc)✦Have your rigger edit the art as they see fit, as long as it's for the sole purpose of facilitating better rigs✦ Resize/crop the work✦ Post it on any social mediaAs the customer, you may not:✦ Claim the work as your own and say you drew/designed it✦ Resell any designs or models that you commissioned from me at a higher price than what you paid for it.
✧✧✧Reselling for the same amount is fine, but please update me first so that I'm aware.✦Sell the commission as an NFT.
